Well, they ask for different things so they're not directly comparable.
Grades-wise, Oxford's typical grade requriement is lower than Cambridge (AAA vs A*AA), but you would need to do the Law admissions assessment at Cambridge, and the LNAT for Oxford.
On Oxford's website, the 3-year average is stated as ~ 14% of applicants are successful (~44% interviewed), whilst at Cambridge there were 5 applicants per place in 2017, and Cambridge typically interview ~80% of candidates.
