    So yes I have anxiety, but for some reason I have it around family, and i don't mean relatives I mean the people I live with it's quite hard seeing as I live with them and I don't have my own room what can I do?

    If your family is aware of the anxiety, talk to them, try and figure out where it's stemming from!
    If you don't feel comfortable talking to them, then you need to find a coping mechanism (this can be something as simple as counting to 10 - each odd number you breathe in and each even number you breathe out)
    It's all about finding a way to relax and de-stress. Once you find a way to be calm the anxiety attacks become more manageable or less frequent xx
