I am an international student and i was going to apply to upc in ucl to continue for a basc that's only available right there. Is it a good one?can i successfully complete it?

I know one girl who was on the UPC (for science and engineering) last year trying to progress to Arts and Sciences and she didn't make it. It is a rather competitive undergraduate course.
