    Hi everyone!

First question here! Basically, I missed the deadline for the internal marking for my Art GCSE. At least I think it’s called the internal marking - it’s when all the art teachers gather round and mark the coursework together. It was due in today, but I was off sick and unable to hand it in (I emailed my teacher and she told me to get someone to hand my books in at lunch at the lastest, but I took a ‘depression nap’ and by the time I saw the email, it was WAY after lunch). And now I’m really concerned since my friend who also takes Art says that if they don’t have it by the deadline the teachers just give you 0 marks.

I’m planning on handing them in as soon as I get into school tomorrow, but I’m currently a panicked mess. I know that I’m not the first ever person that this has happened to, but I don’t know if they’ll still take my books if it’s a day late!! So now I’m panicking because I think I’m gonna get a 0 for my coursework, so I get like, an E, and I need a C or above to study art at my school’s Sixth Form (I’m currently at a B). It wouldn’t make sense for the system to not take a student’s work if they missed the deadline due to whatever, right?

    I’ve failed, haven’t I?
