    Hi,
I'm currently a first year Mechanical engineering student and want to transfer for second year.
Do you know what unis have a higher transfer acceptance rate?

no dont have a look., serious answer is most unis accept transfer students who at least have evidence of doing well in their first year, such as a 2:1 after their first year.
