    I'm currently a first year Mechanical engineering student and want to transfer for second year.
    Do you know what unis have a higher transfer acceptance rate?

    Check out Kings. A friend transfered there to do Accounting. Don't know about Mechanical Engineering

    no dont have a look., serious answer is most unis accept transfer students who at least have evidence of doing well in their first year, such as a 2:1 after their first year.

    so far I have been doing pretty well according to my personal tutor I'm on track for a first but I do agree with you I just want to see what other options are available
