Will my employer think Im lazy if I request to work less? watch


    Lay it all out-in other words, tell your direct supervisor why you want to work less and tell them it's no problem if they can't. Just appear in a way that it shows that you are serious about it but can take a no as an answer.

    Thanks for the replies. I only start the job in June so have 3 months yet but from reading the replies Ive decided to get established in the role first then after say 6 months pluck up the courage to ask then. I won't say its because I'm training though (it sounds a bit lame) I'l think of something else. I'l be on preceptorship for the first 12 months of the role so will be learning a lot within the job.
