Hello, Could someone please explain how to do the working of this question please?

An athlete is performing curls, which consists of holding a weight of 50N in the hand and bringing the arm from 45 degrees below the horizontal to 45 degrees above the horizontal.
The biceps exerts a force at 75 degrees to the lower arm (and is 5cm from the elbow joint). The length from the 5cm to the middle of the hand is 35cm. (Im guessing this means the length of arm from elbow to mid hand is 40cm?)

The weight of the arm, 20N acts midway between the elbow and the load in the hand.

Calculate the force F in the biceps when the forearm is in the horizontal position. Thanks!
