So today I got my combined results for T6 and T4 in Maths (GCSE). I completed T4 last summer and T6 this January. In T4 i got a low A, and when doing T6 I hoped to bring it up to an A*. I got an A (359/400), an A* was 360 i was one mark off. I Achieved 214/220 in T6. Do you think getting it remarked, I will be able to gain a mark bringing it up to an a*?

P.S. I want an A* as I hope to study medicine.

Why would remark be there otherwise? No one gets a remark if they want their grade moved down...

I don't know anything about CCEA but I know GCSE remarks for maths don't normally result in a changed mark (less than 10% change) but those that do normally change by one mark. So it may be worth a remark if you/whoever is willing to pay for it.

By the way, an A in GCSE maths should be fine for medicine since medical schools usually ask for a maximum of 5 or 6 A/A* grades including English and Maths.
