So this guy I've been talking to for a few months has recently gone a little blunt . He still tells me he likes me and everything just a lot of the time the chat seems to be similar everyday . He is very hard to read and I just dont know whether to believe him when he says he likes me or not trust what he says about how he feels about me .

Have you met in person or been on a date?
Words are just that. Perhaps he has run out of conversation?
If he isnt making any effort then maybe not the right person.

Ask him on a date and see.

If he says he likes you then it's safe to say he is into you! Only immature folk would lie and mess you about.

What do you expect from conversation? When you're talking to someone daily then after a certain point conversation is usually just about your/their day and what's on your mind that particular day.
