I think it is fair to say I have trust issues with guys due to past experiences. So this new guy has come into my life and I honestly adore him , he's perfect for me.....trouble is I have this little doubt at the back of my mind which constantly analysis everything he does and says whilst looking for signs he doesn't like me . He tells me he likes me but should I believe him or stay at arms lengh?

Just take it steady and tell him you you prefer slow as you have had some awkward experiences before. Dont block him ut but take it at your own pace. f he wont wait , then he isnt right for you.

Dont get ahead of yourself either.

If you have to ask, probably not. A better question is "should I trust him?", in which case you should. What kind of life experiences are you referring to anyway? Keep your guard up for sure but don't let it stop you from going ahead with things.
