Just wanted to make another thread.
I’ve had a pretty insane week with things changing every second, and it’s taken a toll on my mental health, causing depression and anxiety to bubble back up, two things I haven’t dealt with in years.
Although I have my best friend back which made me infinitely happy, I’m still trying to rebuild my strength and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for kicking my friendship-loss-induced depression which is still hanging over me. I’m kinda just asking for some support, since I know TSR can be great for that.
