so I pulled my hamstring at training and I obviously iced it and took some ibuprofen and I was alright for a few hours but before I went to bed I was feeling weird like my stomach wasn't right and this was like more than 3 hours after I'd taken the pills. I woke up in the middle of the night and I puked like three times but my puke was pretty much water and a few bits of food I had earlier but it was all like greenish so idk if this was because I took ibuprofen or because I didn't really eat much the whole day. I had a snickers bar and a mars bar before training and I made some rice before I took the pill to avoid asking it on an empty stomach. However that's all the food I had the whole day

Possibly. Pop in and ask the chemist for a suitable alternative or maybe just some paracetamol. Obviously just RICE for the hamstring and see how it goes.

Could be because you hadn't eaten enough.
