# Finding the range f(x) watch

1. Hello how could I find the range of this function?
first of all how would I draw it? would I have to change it to ? then draw a one over graph streched by 2 in y axis and translated by negative half in x axis?

NEVER mind me, I think I know how to do it now, range is f(x)>1, I think the graph I described is also correct.

No, the range is f(x) =/= -1/2

What’s the range of 1/x? Hence whats the range of 2/x? Hence just move this down by 1/2

I did first say it was -1/2 but the book said it was f(x)>1,

The book is wrong then, thanks for your help
