What is the maximum amount of credits a student can take per semester in the UK. More specifically would the Physics with Astrophysics course in the University of Manchester.

Ask the department direct or look at the rules. In my experience the standard is 120 an I havent seen the opportunity to take more. Degrees tend to be a standard 3years x120 credits.
