I'm not sure how different it is from the Scottish system but I'd get past papers and work through them, learn what you don't know, study every day until ten (make a timetable if it helps). Get one text book for each course that covers each topic and comes with practice questions, go through each one, take notes after each unit and do all the questions, every single one. It'll be tight but not impossible to wind up with at least some good Bs and even As. Both me and my brother went from predicted fails and Cs to AAAAB in the Scottish Higher system by doing this. Good luck.

And save some past papers to test yourself every few weeks. Also start at 9 every weekend day or study day and after school each school day, no break days because it's too late in. Have an hour for lunch and dinner. Try and get some exercise once or twice a week to cope with the stress. Don't over do it by not sleeping or eating properly. It's crucial that you're focused but calm from now on.
