    Hey everyone,
Quick question, I’ve been living in the UK since 2001 and was originally born in the Netherlands. Would I be eligible to get a maintenance loan as im looking to move out for university, I’ve worked and lived most of my life here. My passport is Dutch?
Any answers would be much appreciated

Normally for fees only the residence period is 3 years in the EU/ EEA.

If you have been resident in the UK for 5+ years (and you have), then you can apply for fees + maintenance loans the same as a UK citizen who has lived here for at least the last three years.

So good news for you .
