Case Study Presentation Exercise:
For the case study exercise you will have 45 minutes to study some documents and to complete your task. You will be required to read through, and analyse both qualitative and quantitative information. You should expect to see emails, memos, statistics and reports. Once you have read through the materials provided, you will be asked to answer guiding questions and make recommendations based on the information.The exercise assesses your analytical ability and your capacity to draw reasoned conclusions and make focused decisions. Where possible you should show analysis of data to support the statements you have made. You should make clear recommendations and document your thought processes in coming to these conclusions.You will then present your ideas to a Selector who will ask you questions about the ideas you have prepared.

Competency Based Interview:
This is a general interview about you and will be competency based. You should use examples from any aspect of your life e.g. work experience, voluntary work or societies etc. The interview will last for 45 minutes and be with a Selector from the business area you have applied for.

Group Discussion:
In this exercise you will have 15 minutes to study some materials after which you will meet with your colleagues and you will be asked to provide an answer to a brief you are given.
