I have an offer for Archeology and Geography for Nottingham university and an offer for straight geography at UEA, both offers are BBB, just wondering if people had advice on choosing between these too, as I am a little unsure on the idea of Archeology. Thanks!

Congratulations on getting your offers! Is it more the course you're unsure about or the university itself?

I'm currently a 3rd year at UEA so more than happy to tell you about what university life is like here!

Regarding the course, I think it's important for you to consider which one suits your teaching style better and teaches more towards your interests. Try having a look at the modules each course offers (here's the UEA modules). Also whether Archeology is something you're truly interested in or not by reading around the subject or looking into which topics of Archeology are taught by the Nottingham course.

The university you choose is a big decision so I wouldn't make it lightly and as you'll be spending 3 years of your life there I'd also look into what other facilities you're after. Before I chose my university I knew that I'd rather be at a campus university than a city-based one for everything to be within in walking distance of each other and that I wanted an on-site gym and places to socialise such as the bar and fields for BBQs etc.

    What're your thoughts so far?
