    So in my contract if work it says during the first years probation, a satisfactory amount of sick days is acceptable. What amount of days would this be?

    I’m getting a bit worried, Im 8 months in and have had off 4 days. K

    6 days sick in one year is a common trigger point, so keep healthy!
