I'm 5'8 and 75kg (not fully fat, but muscle)
My routine:
Monday - gym (30 mins)
Tuesday - football (1-2 hour)
Wednesday - gym (30 mins)
Thursday - football (1-2 hour)
Friday -boxing(2 hours a fortnight, 45 mins every other fortnight)
Saturday - do nothing
Sunday - do nothing
Yet I seem to be hungry a lot? Is it because I am not getting enough rest

Is this serious? You're not eating enough. You're just snacking, not really eating proper filling meals.

I'd recommend tracking your calories for a week or so and see if you're getting enough. Crisp and chocolate are good for immediately satisfying hunger but it'll only last about 10 minutes. They aren't really filling enough. May I ask what a chocolate bun is though? It sounds delicious

the vegetables are a healthy between-meal snack. the other things are not good for you.

dunno tbh, but it is in the shape of rectangle with two chocolate holes either end of the cross-sectional area, which fills it to a straight line to the other end, it has french flag on outside and probably in aldi or lidl.....really, I don't know the name

You're exercising regularly and then basically only eating snack foods, then getting shocked when you're still hungry.

If you mean rest as in sleep, it's irrelevant. If you mean chilling after exercise, that's not really relevant either.
