Im 14/15 years old and im 165cm and weigh 65kg, this is very overweight isn’t it? How can i lose this extra body fat what kind of exercises. Nothing like going gym or walking/jogging. Will doing push ups and squats and stuff at home help me with this?

2 months ago I used to weigh 108 kgs and my height is 184cm. I lost about 18 kilograms in two months through various forms of exercises. I did jogging, push ups, and varied my exercises. My ideal weight is 70-80 kgs so I have a long way to go 😊. Patience is the key! Don't give up
