Hi so I got diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 3 months ago and have kept to the strict gluten free diet. The only time I have broken this was accidentally and had a Lindor chocolate. Since diagnosis, I am still having the same symptoms - chronic stomach pains (they feel like stich), bloating, acid reflux, feeling nauseous and constipation (slight tmi sorry) Does anyone know when these symptoms go as in is this just my gut repairing itself? Should I book another doctors appointment? Thank you!

Get rid of diary food as well. Diary can cause the same symptoms or even make them worse.
Talk to your doctor about it.
