Rearranging the subject watch

1. Hi, looking for working on the following equation, making x the subject:

a+b + a-b = 2a
------ ----
x 2x

(so a+b over x + a-b over 2x = 2a)
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

There's numerous ways.

One is to put everything on the left over a common denominator, combine the two fractions and simplify the numerator.

Can you finish from there?
