How many years after completing a MEng degree does it usually take to become a chartered engineer at Royal Aeronautical Society?

Also, how many more years does one usually need to become a chartered engineer if you finished with a BEng instead of an MEng?

    Thanks.

Typically at least 5 of professional work experience.

If you don't have an MEng you will need an equivalent amount of academic study. That can be from an MSc or other routes.

depends on a lot of factors but on average 5-6 years.

Some people get it in 4 if you're with a good company that gives you a mentor.
