I just wanted your insights into how much of a pain boards can be; it's like I'm 2 different people: sane normally and a raging lunatic during exam season. I'm working on keeping my cool, wondering if you guys struggle too. And stress shows physically in me- heartburn, headaches, fatigue and whatnot. Your thoughts?

It is common for people to be highly stressed.
More prep and harder you work then the less stressed you will be.
I also think it is your job to look after yourself an do anti stress activities to ensure you are in a good state for the exam. Too much stress and negative thoughts detract from the ability to perform at your best.

I agree, and I think working out is helping, as is eating right and trying to sleep well.
