100*10=V^2

Voltage across paralell circuit is the same, and it will be some fraction of 230.

(1/10 + 1/R)^-1 * 230/ ((1/10 + 1/R)^-1 + R) = V

substituite that into V, square root both sides and solve for R

clue: between 50 and 60 ohms (and 3 SF)
