I have a time time table, where I revise for 2 hours a day on week days and 4 hours on weekends, Is it okay to have an hour break within each hour of revision or not?

Maybe have an hour break in-between your revision, but everything should be in proportion. I do an hour revision, then half an hour and then start again. It depends what you're revising for? Maybe do some more revision so you appreciate the breaks

Yeah. I do 2 hours a night but split into 4. I get home from school and do all my homework. I then relax till about 5pm. Then I do 30minutes of revision. Then I have a 15 minute break. I then do another 30 minutes, then have a 30 minute break. I then do another 30 minutes and have a 15 minute break. I then do another 30 minutes then relax for the rest of the night.

Yeah I think it's better to break it up into smaller chunk, and then have more frequent, shorter breaks. I find that if I take a half hour break, it then takes me about 5 minutes to get back into the work again and refocus. But if I work for 30 mins and then take 10 mins off etc it's much quicker for me to settle back into the work
I also try and change subject / topic after each break, as it's meant to help the information go into your brain and improve your memory! !
