This September I plan on studying pharmacy at the university of birmingham. I am currently looking at the different types of accomodation. I would like an ensuite bedroom, however the cheapest ensuite accomodation is at liberty court which is 25 minutes from the main campus. I was wondering if staying at liberty court would put me at any disadvantage because it is a bit further away from the campus. I was also wondering what the schedule of a first year pharmacy student is like. Is it really busy? And will living further way be a major disadvantage?

    Help pleasee.

From the people I've spoken to, they're usually quite annoyed about the trips they need to make from Liberty Court/Gardens. Is pharmacy based in the medical school? If so, that's the opposite side of campus to the Liberty accomodation - the closest accomodation would be in Pritchatt's Park and you can get duplexes in Oakley Court there, they're not quite ensuites but they should be good enough - I've been in a shared bathroom this year and it's really not as bad as I thought it would be, which is usually how most people feel about them. Let me know if you have any questions
