Hi,
I'm wanting to apply for a Paramedic Science BSc at university as a mature student who already has a previous degree (it's in Art so in no way useful!). After doing a bit of research and contacting the Department of Education I've had it confirmed that this degree does not qualify for a 2nd student loan, and from the sounds of it, it's unlikely to ever be eligible.
I was just wondering how anyone else in this position has gotten over this pretty big hurdle? This is something I'm really passionate about doing but I just don't have enough money to pay for the tuition fees myself and I'd rather not take out a loan with the bank.
Thanks!
