I do psychology business and history. There’s only three months to the exams I’m so panicked I feel like I don’t know a thing. I would say I’ve mastered was exam technique now it’s just the case of knowing the content. Do you think I’ve got enough time to get A/A*.

This is backwards from the way it normally happens.

You have enough time to do well if you have a proper plan and work consistently towards and through exams.

Master your revision notes. that is about understanding.

Master exam technique, which requires timing, recall, selection and presentation of the information. The practice of this, mark schemes and filling in gaps will help you make progress.

You sound like you just worry a lot. It is natural to some extent. Most other people will be worried.
