Feeling really stressed at the moment about GCSEs especially science and languages- science because I feel like I don't know enough content, languages because of the speaking exams and all the vocab we need to know! And also quite a bit fear of failing (not actually failing but not getting straight 7s at least) Any tips on how to reduce stress/ not feel so stressed etc?

Hey! For languages honestly you don’t need to panic for the speaking exam. You’ll be in and out in 20 mins tops then it’ll be all over. I’m a stresshead to but tbh I bury myself in work as it takes my mind of actually feeling stressed. If this doesn’t work then maybe go for a walk, even 5-10 mins everyday, that’s all you’ll need. But the three key factors to feeling better are: food, sleep and distraction. A steady, healthy diet will give you good self esteem and you will be in good health ready for exams, sleep is important to. Try to get 8 hours every night and distract yourself with things you enjoy like sports or colouring or something. Good luck!
