I try very hard and i have to.
But i have a problem where i procrastinate and get distracted. Its as if i think to myself that if im not 100% focused then i shouldn't study at all.
How do i stop this please?

Urmmm I have ADHD so i can't help but 😂😂😂🤔
Try going into a room where nothing can distract you, remove your phone and take breaks.
Go to the library where everyone is working and it will make you work since everyone is working around you.
Put music in or chew gum to increase focus.

I usually do short revision sessions (like 5 minutes) over a topic. Take a break for a few seconds and then see if I can regurgitate the information.
Set small achievable goals and reward yourself when you achieve them.
Haribo cola bottles and gummy bears are great enticements.

There is no sure way to stop it. But you can always find ways to minimise it.
-Study in silence
-Study with noise (ambient, people talking)
-Study with music
-Study where/when other people study
-Stay away from digital devices (tough if you doing a digital course tho )
-My favourite - Study at night
-Set short bursts throughout the day to study/timetabling
-Set goals (i.e. You want to play a game with your friends later, so you tell yourself to clock in an hour of studying before you game)
The ones that are bolded have helped me so far.
Otherwise try a different way of studying every day till you find the one with no procrastination in it.
Like how I typed this while I'm supposed to be doing work
