Can I get good results in chemistry and biology at the end of my GCSE course when currently my results are not that good? Is it possible for me to improve my grades? I am in Year 9. I will study a lot.

What are some good methods of revising? Would a tutor be good?

what grades are you getting at the moment?
flashcards, mindmaps etc. or things like Gojimo  Youtube videos? Mygcsescience/freesciencelessons/primrosekitten are LIFESAVERS!
Tassomai is apparently very good, but it's quite expensive unless your school has a subscription

I don't think a tutor is necessary, it might help if you're really struggling, but you could always go to a teacher instead after school

And have you tried Seneca Learning? I find it more useful than Tassomai and it's free..
