What's the best brain food? For concentration

What food helps you the most with concentration?

Thanks
Katrina
Hi Katrina,

I think the best thing to avoid is cakes/crisps/sweets, and any other junk food.

I personally think warm milk helps with concentration. Also maybe try bananas almonds and green tea.

Hope that helps.
Water. I've found eating or drinking anything but a coffee or water while I'm studying puts me off a bit

choclat!
High protein, low but natural fat, as little refined carbohydrate (white sugar, white flour) as possible.

Quality steak with salad.

Stir fry seafood and steamed / flash stir fried vegetables.

Portion of doner meat smothered in chili sauce!!! :u:

Also check out health food supplements such as Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, B12 etc.
Fish/cow brain fried up and mixed with spices......mmmmmmmmm.
I think water, tea, coffee or high sugar things like chocolates , sweets and fruit will help
Hot chocolate is best for the concentration.

With a word: glucose! to be more precise: glucose in form of a tablet. And to calm your nerves down: chocolate.

I would say fish, I think cod works well but I'm sure I have seen somewhere that the more oily the fish the better
