    My advice?

Think of something rough, like 'I'm going to study this subject today for 1 hour, then 15 min break, then 1 hour...' or anything like that, then do it and note your timings then make a timetable based on what works for you and what your goals are.

I create a table on PowerPoint - one column is "time" and the other is "activity". Then I plan out my whole day - 9am-9pm. 1 hour working, 30 minute break, with more time for lunch/dinner. It's a good way of getting a lot done, but also having plenty of rest. I find a 30 minute break is enough for me to totally switch my mind off from working and recharge before starting again. Any shorter and it doesn't feel like I've had a break.
