folks in 3rd year of bachelors mechanical (or anything really) engineering, how many days are you timetabled to be on campus?
i've been advised we could be in all week, and this is causing stress due to having a school age child and a toddler. im worried about having enough money for childcare for them/or just the toddler if my wife can adjust her working hours to suit the school run.

i've asked the college articulation person if she can provide me with a 3rd year timetable so i can compare and predict what my schedule will be like but so far i have got nothing back.

    all help appreciated

This will vary from university to university, and course to course.

    So, which university is this?

i understand that, its just for a rough idea. most 3rd year engineering students (mechanical anyway) will follow the same units. mine is different cos i've got a minor honours attached to my selection. it's the universisty of aberdeen and BEng mechanical engineering with oil and gas studies
