I can usually write main paragraphs pretty well but waste a lot of time in the exam trying to think of just a few sentences for the introduction.

    What should I include?

For example if the essay question was:
Applying material from Item A and your knowledge, evaluate the contribution of action approaches to our understanding of social behaviour

How should I write the introduction?
What's the best type of cheese?
