I am moving out of a room in a two bed flat in Brighton and wondered if anyone would be interested in renting. Tenancy ends at the start of September this year, so it would be perfect for finding your feet for a good few months. Rent is £447.50 per month (agreed by agency). The agency charges fees of £210 and the deposit is £619. I live with one other person, she is a girl and you can of course meet her before hand and see the house.

+ For clarification, it is just one room available. It has a double bed. The house was unfurnished but I've already bought the furniture such as bed, desk, chair and clothing rack, which are available to you free of charge. Inside the room there is lots of extra storage space as there are two built in wardrobes.

+ The kitchen has an oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster

+ The bathroom has a bath and a shower

The pictures I have do not display the furniture but I have bought furniture so it is now fully furnished.
