i will diet for say 20 hours but then i go to the kitchen and stuff my face with all the junk that there is

Don't diet - instead make lifestyle changes. What exactly do you mean by diet? and what;s the junk you are snacking on? Try to change your overall diet so you are getting the right amount of calories, nutrients, fibre and protein. That way you shouldnt have such an overwhelming urge to snack. Alternatively and/or in addition to when you go to snack, snack on fruit or nuts instead of junk.

I went through something similar before...
The secret is to eat HEALTHILY, and I stress this a lot. Eat a decent amount of food, like say soup and bread for lunch , and maybe yoghurt for dessert.
Another thing is, exercise a little, even if you hate it.
Also keep yourself busy. Go outside, do homework, chat with your family/friends. If you don't want to do any of these, just write how your feeling, how you want to improve in a diary every day. This will stop you from binge eating!
