my uni offer is AAA but I got AAC in my mocks. I'm so nervous i don't think I'll be able to pull my Spanish up by two grades in such a short space of time. My teacher has also just told me she expects me to get a B which is extremely worrying to me, idk what to do.

The thing is I think I can get A*A* in my other subjects with a bit of extra work but I think I'm giving up hope for Spanish.

so basically, does anyone have any MFL/ other subject success stories they want to share with me to help me feel better???

Some unis will see A*A*B the same as A*AA, as long as they didn’t ask for those grades in particular subjects

If you tell me what you're struggling with in terms of skills (like listening/writing/translating etc) I may be able to help- I do AQA A Level German and am predicted A*

If you work really hard yes you will get C-A in a few months but you will have to really knuckle down with your Spanish so no distractions. Try Quizlet, Duolingo and lots of past papers

You should be very happy don't listen to your teacher what do they know?Predictions are called predictions because they are not certainties.

If you cant pull a C to an A in that length of time, then you dont deserve to go to Oxford.

I pulled CCC in mock foundation to AAB in a matter of two weeks.

Just to get into Nottingham, so i wouldnt have to go to my insurance Royal Holloway.....

You have but one tiny course to raise to go one of the most prestigious universities on the planet.......

I scraped a B in the year 12 Spanish mock last year, and in the mocks last month I got 3 marks off an A*.

Literally just practice and pay close attention in every lesson. Every time you do speaking practice in lessons, put your hand up and think of ideas.
For the listening reading and writing, do all the practice papers available and soak in the vocab, a lot of it is repetitive.
Also, make sure you know your IRP subject in and out so you can get full marks on it, it's the one thing that you can knowingly prepare for.

Man/woman speaking the truth, people need to be given lessons of life. Those who do not work hard don't deserve whatever they want.
However, good luck to OP wish you the best!
