So, my mum and my auntie had a falling out, and me and my cousins have lost touch. I would like to get to talk to them again, but I find it very awkward talking to new people / people I haven't spoken to for a while. I have social anxiety.

How long ago was the falling out?
Is there any reason your mum would object to you talking to them?
Could you start with social media or writing them an e-mail, move onto messenger and work up to voice and video chat?

Just say you havent talked for a while but think its a shame you lose touch fr something your parents have argued about, so it would be great if you could be friends and take it from there.

They either say yes or say no in which case you tried.
