in a biology paper they give a table with standard deviation results, but i dont understand how do you know if they overlap.
    E.g.
    A 322(+-28.3)
    B 207(+-22.5)
    C 190(+-25.7)
    D 488(+-32.4)

how does B and C overlap?
    THANK YOU

The (+-) value in brackets represents the error bound. This means that the value of B can be between 184.5 (207-22.5) and 229.5 (207+22.5)
    The value of C can be between 164.3 (190-25.7) and 215.7 (190+25.7)
