So I took the IELTS UKIV Academic test and got the score. My overall score is good but does any one know the required score for each component?

Required scores are different depending on the university if I'm not mistaken

Every university (and sometimes individual courses within each university) will specify the component scores they expect, so you will need to check for each of your choices as they do vary. Somewhere around the 6 to 7 score is common. Just to take two random examples, Oxford require a minimum overall score of 7, with at least 7 for each component of the IELTS. Sheffield requires an overall 6, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, for its BA History.

    Indeed I do

Do check with the universities you are interested in what their requirements are, so that you know exactly what you are aiming for!

There's this website http://geniustuition.uk/IELTS.html that actually provides free IELTS support and a fully graded mock exam. Highly recommend it! Especially before your second try.
