If I am planning to stay at home and travel to university, which is one train, will I need to apply for student finance?

I have a part time job so I have the income coming in?

I'd imagine you'll want a tuition fee loan at the very least, yes?

A reduced maintenance loan is available to you as well to cover any course costs/travelling costs etc. etc.

    Hi soph21.xx,

    What age are you?
What College or University are you going to?
    What course are you doing?
Do you have any previous study?

    Thanks

    Hi Soph21.xx,

If your course starts in September 2018 you can apply online for tuition fees and maintenance loan https://www.gov.uk/student-finance.

    Thanks

    Hi Soph21.xx,

Yes, you can still apply for funding if you are living at home, you will just indicate this on your application.

    Thanks

    Hi soph21.xx,

I have included a link for the student finance calculator, you can check on here what you will be entitled to and see if it's worth your while applying.
