If you get rejected from a university but you get higher grades than those who got offers, can you get a place- even though you got rejected previously? Thank you 😊 for all answers !

On reapplication the following year, then yes.
Your application is about more than just good grades.

If you re-apply. Your application isn't just the grades, it's the UKCAT, PS and interview all combined

You can't just phone up and demand a place.

You can try to apply through Clearing - but it's very unlikely that medicine has spaces. Or you can reapply the following year. But it's worth noting that medicine applications are very competitive, and are based on more than just grades. So if you just improve your grades, your reapplication may still be unsuccessful.
