wWould anyone here be willing to make a little support group, I'm looking for people who dont mind regularly listening and giving advice about things we're going through. Ideally all over aged 21.

Let me know if you would be interested .

There is a brilliant society on here under the mental health forums call “Mental Health Support Society” its an amazing supportive place for any mental illness including depression, iv been a member of the society since about 2012 i think.

You are limiting the number of people willing to help with that over 21 idea. Why over 21?

Even if they don't relate I can say some people will be able to help, limiting the number of people to help will just make it harder. (A lot of the people on here are under 21, and would like to help.)
