I had 4 interviews at UCL, Imperial, Barts and Southampton. I have an offer from Southampton but was rejected from the other 3 post interview. Is there any chance they will reconsider me on results day if I get very high grades?

Offer from southampton but a rejection from 4? I assume you mean 3 or did you get a non-medicine offer?

EDIT: Saw your correction. I would just take the offer you have.

But yes, it can happen. Sometimes, universities run a waiting list scheme and let high scoring applicants know that they on the list. Others don't, and surprise applicants on results day. Depends on if they need the numbers to fill the course. If you have an offer already, then it is unlikely they will try but I'm not sure.

Is your Southampton offer for medicine?

Assuming it is and assuming you firm it and meet your offer on results day, then no they won't make you another offer as you will already be committed to another uni (this is how I understand it anyway).

Virtually none. There are far more applicants than places, and it would be an extreme anomaly for them to have considerably mis-predicted their offer conversion rate and not have enough candidates to fill spots. While I believe some medical schools will keep an informal list of candidates in case this happens, this is still not probable and you should not by any means expect anything (as you may have been outright rejected post interview for non-academic aspects of the assessment and not even be on such a list anyway).

I would recommend you prepare to take up your offer from Southampton or to take a gap year if you don't want to go to Southampton...

Yes sorry, I mean 3 rejections. My offer from Southampton is for medicine.

Yeah, I updated my reply above. I'd take the offer rather than hoping on results day. Like someone mentioned above, though it can happen it is quite rare. Getting high grades won't really make a difference, as getting an offer is more than just academics. I mean, people can miss their grades and still get into medical school.
