Why are suppliers a stake holder
A stakeholder is someone who has an interest in the business. So the suppliers have an interest, because they want the business to keep buying their products.

Suppliers supply the products on an invoicing basis - so they send products each week and then send an invoice at the end of the month requesting the payment. This means that at certain times they've sent more goods than they've been paid for. So at those times they will also have a financial interest in the business, as technically they are loaning the business money.
