    Any tips?

    Drink as much water as possible all day every day. Have a lot of fruit and veg in the house and don’t have rubbish foods so if your hungry etc you have to eat healthy. Prepare lunches or sandwiches for work or school cos this will usually have less calories than a shop bout sandwich or meal etc. Allow yourself a cheat day too even though people day it’s bad it helps you get through the rest of the week and as long as your not massively over eating then it won’t make too much of a difference. Also with even a little exercise and a good first you’ll see results after a couple of weeks
