Ok so my epq title was: BP was mainly to blame for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. To what extent do you agree?

I've only just now found the court cases assigning blame 67% to BP 30% to Transocean and 3% to Halliburton, and I really dont know what to do as Ive finished my epq and come to my own conclusion without using any sources from this court case, but Im worried that the marker is going to think I just copied the court case. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this issue because I'm like fully panicking any help would be extremely helpful.

Ngl I dont think they go into that much detail with your research and all and if your planning is credible is enough you have nothing to be worried abt.

So should I just not mention it and hope they don't realise?

I mean if you haven't mentioned it in your planning or reviews I dont think you should be worried. It's not like they send it to the leading experts in the topic of your EPQ. Unless the court cases add something significant to your argument, dont bother stressing lmao

I mean you've said you've already reached a conclusion so should be fine
